How to Play High Definition Video on Notebook
Our solution: Nowadays, many professionals are using laptops as well as netbooks for their smaller size and long lasting battery backup. Netbooks are primarily designed for low-end computing and running office programs. That's why it doesn't play high-definition video with a slightly better quality due to the low configuration. But it is really difficult to accept that a computer worth Rs. 25,000 cannot play video. So today I have come up with a solution to this problem. Tips to talk about how you can play 720p or 1080p video on netbook.
* For this we need 2 softwares – Media Player Classic and CoreAVC.
* First install Media Player Classic on your system in normal way. And if the Keylite Codec Pack is installed then it will too.
* Now you need to install CoreAVC Video Decoder. During installation the option 'Current Media Installer' must be removed from Choose Components.
* Run Corecodec after installation. Go to config. Always skip deblocking there. And set Deinterlacing to None and Apply OK.
* Now open Media Player Classic. Go to Options from its View tab. Select External Filters from the tree menu on the left.
* Select CoreAVC Video Decoder in the list of filters on the right. If it's not there, click Add Filter to browse the filter and show it.
* Now select output from playback. Select DirectShow Video EVR and Apply and OK. Close and restart Media Player Classic.
If you have any problem with CoreAVC codec, you can also try playing HD video on netbook with Shark007 codec.
